How is it and what exercise do you use?
Uhh to get stronger? I have been on the Bill Starr routine for a good 6 months and I'm not making much progress lately. So I think its time to switch it up.
you could do something like this:
Monday - lower body
Wednesday - upper body push
Friday - back
I'm doing a 3/1 cycle
Day 1: Bi/back
Day 2: Chest/shoulders/tri
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Rest
Then repeat. With this I work out 5 times/week. If you want to know which excercises I do I can find out what they're called in english
I'm doing about the same, except leg day has abs mixed in too.
