if so..how were the gains..which one did you go with?i'm thinking vortech.
had a TRD supercharger on a tacoma (URD fuel upgrades, whalboro 190 pump) and it was nice.
I helped a buddy install a powerdyne on his s10. Also nice. The powerdyne was easier to install than the TRD.
Both of these were v6 engines, however.
What are you putting a s/c on? Vortech is supposed to make some nice units.
yeah i think vortech pretty much has the best unit..it shows in the price
I personally like and have had great luck with Procharger.
my boss has a procharger in his 04 silverado it's got some nuts lemme just say that
I'd go with a Procharger.
Buddys dad put a supercharger in a 2005 F150. 242rwhp before, not sure after
It's 8psi right now, he's getting the 10psi pulley in. Goes to 60 in like 5.5 seconds, instead of 8.5. Sounds awesome too.
my dad has a radix magnacharger in his 2003 5.3 litre silverado. it's the kit with the front mounted intercooler too. didnt dyno it, but with some custom tuning and whatnot, similar trucks have seen around 450 hp. i've driven it and its fucking fast for a truck.
