Seems like a good supplement to take. Don't hear too much about it though.

Yes. Branched chain amino acids; they are in protein.

BCAA's are in every protein source out there, but free form BCAA's are a little diffrent
I take extend everyday!! Anywhere from 8-20 scoops.
My pockets aren't fat enough for that shit. 20 scoops a day? I'd go through a tub of that pretty quick and it ain't cheap.
I thought 8-10scoops everyday was alot
Well, I'm on a pretty extreme diet so I drink them throughout the day between meals. I mix 4 scoops with one quart of water and will drink 2 or 3 of those at work and 2 or 3 while I'm training. It really seems to be helping me.

Yes, it's beneficial to take especially on a cut in ADDITION to the bcaas found in protein.
Dave Tate took up to 100 g of BCAAs a day, that shit was insane.

It's nice when a supplement company is funding your diet.
I use it on workout days. I use 1.5 scoops of isolate, 6 scoops of xtend and 5g of creatine.
