Just curious. I don't think I can handle regular oatmeal anymore..
How so? What's wrong with regular oatmeal?
Just mix some whey with a serving of quick oats- that's what I do every morning almost, works really well. Throw in some PB and
no but im using mega milks cookies and cream..i like it so far.
you can also try making a shake. it gives me a huge boost of energy in the morning the lasts a few hours and its so good.
I hated oatmeal to begin with, but I "man'ed it up" and have been eating since December. Just don't think I can eat another bite, and I don't have time in the mornings to make eggs and shit..
So you usually make a shake? Whey + oats? I'm assuming oats are raw out of container?
Heh.. I got EC for the boost of energy. :
That's what I've been doing for breakfast. I can't stand oatmeal, so I just make a whey shake, add 1/2 cup raw oats, chunks of frozen banana, & PB...blend it all up and I'm good to go. I work out first thing in the morning, and can't seem to stomach solid foods that early so this works.
Nope, I make a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of whey and a tablespoon of PB I love it.
It's good once you add two packets of splenda to it.
But i think i'll start just mixing whey with regular oats once I run out.
I think I'll try all of the above..
i like the vanilla bean & maple brown sugar flavors. avoid the cocoa flavor, it's ass.
regular quaker oatmeal + 1 tablespoon caloriefree choc syrup =
I hate eating oats, but if you put it in the blender with whatever else (I use milk, whey, natty pb, blueberries, and a banana) its much easier to take down.
