Things are going decent, but my numbers are a bit stuck and I'm a bit bored. Id like to just completely change routines for a while. I dont want to bother anyone with asking them to come up with anything custom for me, but if anyone has any detailed plans that they have already made, could they share them? stats: 6'4 #225 id guess about 14-15% BF. I just cut down from 240 to 223 and got nearly no visible benefit from it.. dunno what the hell happened there. have a bad feeling i know what it is i lost lifting 4 years, but never that serious about the eating and sleeping part, with some injuries and laziness thrown in. specific goals: bigger lats/arms/chest. just came off a mild cutting diet 3 weeks ago. ate like an idiot for two weeks during finals... now trying to get back on track. bench: 255 x one or two squat: 315 for sissy half squats, but im done with those. I now squat all the way down, but only do like #205 so far. going up fast with this. deadlift: havnt maxed in a while.. betting i could probably hit mid 400's easy.
