Lately I'm going nuts replaying things in my head. Everything I've read about OCD or "stuck thoughts" or "thought loops" are that you replay negative experiences, irrational fears, etc. I don't do any of that. Mine is more of a "I forget what I was just thinking about" and then I obsess over it. Example: I'll walk into the kitchen and be thinking about something stupid like work, or a tv commercial that was just on and then I'll get distracted by something else... and then I go "wait, what was I just thinking about before that?" And then I obsess over it for a few minutes or hours. Sometimes I remember -and it always ends up being something trivial- but usually I don't remember and it's driving me nuts. What should I do?
