Ive tried moisturizing and drinking more water etc but my skin always feels dry as hell
I hear squatting 315x20 cures all dry skin.
Fish oil, moisturizing lotion, also try to change your detergent.
I have super dry skin by nature and I swear by that stuff. Lay off the steaming showers, use lotion as much as possible.
if its super bad, take an oatmeal bath. (not gay, it works.)
I've got the same problem. Most of it is because of the water you get where you live. If the water is crap, your skin will be drying all the time. It gets better in summer so i wouldnt worry.
you're already taking fish oil..
humidifier in your room (or wherever you spend more of your time)
dont airdry after the shower (water is actually a drying agent on the skin)..make sure you towel off quickly..
take baths every now and then..
go out in the sun to help stimulate natural oil production.. dont shave your body hair (again, better way for oil to get to your skin)
