What do you guys use? I'm really just trying to loose fat. I work out and walk 2 to 3 miles to school everyday, but i am always hungry. I have never really been fat untill this year in college(sophomore) then all of a sudden boom i can't stop eating. Right now i'm trying to cut my dinners down to tuna 250 calories and start eating breakfast again. I was just wondering if there is anyway to trick your body or anything you guys do to resist that urge of eating more after you already had your meals.
