Weight 153 height 5'9 goals: Better diet, want a perm. change in eating habits. NO MORE JUNK FOOD!! I am a junk food junkie...and , frankly, I am worried about the stuff that's in there. EXCERSISE: To increase endurance, speed and strength. and I want consistancy. My main goal, really, is to break old and unhealthy patterns in my diet and to have consistant and progressive training. For some reason, posting my progress everday on here helps me to stay focused. Pics for progress soon. I intend to do 22 minutes HIIT today, and chest / back. Will have to post later.
