what kind of difference do they make in gains?
Taking xtend. Costs a couple of bucks, but I think its worth it.
I'm no expert, but try to stick to free form BCAAs..
I use Purple Wraath now but before that I used Universal ANIMAL Nitro, which was good too.
I dunno, I feel like I don't fatigue as easily and recover better when I take them.
is their a generic brand you'd recommend?
don't most protein powders contain BCAA?
Yeah I'm a supplement whore because I use whey, bcaa's, creatine, a thermo, and joint support.
any complete protein source is made up of bcaa's in some amount. They're not adding BCAA's to the protein, the BCAA's are part of what makes up protein along with other amino acids.
what we are talking about here are BCAA's in free-form.
Well white power adds 20lbs to all my lifts but only when there are no black people in the gym. Then I can't squat because my legs are broken.
What about barney the purple dinosaur?
honestly, I don't really feel a difference.
I'm taking Xtend btw
test > those
wait dude, you didnt try and sell me something? did you get fired?
Not really.. you get BCAA's in high enough doses in normal whey protein.
If you're eating 200g+ protein a day, adding 2-3g of expensive BCAA tablets isn't going to make much difference IMO
no, his company probably just started marketing a product called test
oh thanks for clearing that up
gain with food/crea/whey first
I hear mike's doctor will write you a prescription for bcaa's if you ask.
do you know what bcaa's are?
seriously man read the sticky, this board does not support talking about those kinds of supplements. anyway i wouldnt trust anyone on this board to give me advice for this type of thing
