Or was it just a "fad" and now everyone has like 5 of them laying around? I bought two a couple months ago and use them occasionally. I bought the 150 and 200 lb "Heavy Grips" ones, and can close the 150 pretty comfortable and easily. I still struggle with the 200 lb one though, and I wonder what I can do to get to the point where I can close it fairly easily? I want to be able to close and open it for at least 5 reps. Should I buy the 100 lb. one as a warmup? Should I set up a proper routine for using them?
