Not sure if I wanna drill holes in my door panel for components
I thought about going that route.. But I didn't want to spend the money, so I did my own custom job on my doors. Turned out better than if I had the local shop do it Looks clean too. I guess it's up to you though. What's your vehicle?
have cutom made kicks they are defworth it you get used to driving weird and yelling at people not to step on the speaker
2000 Accord Coupe.
I don't think I would like kick panels, they would always be getting in the way of my feet. I like to have foot room down there.
then i would jsut door mount sicen the qforms are going to take up about the same room unless they ahve new stuff out that dosent but drilling isnt so bad you get used to it next thing you know you will be cutting
exactly where the Q-form would go is where I rest my left foot... Not to mention I'm sure a passenger would kill it accidentially.
Yup, basically. Just mount them in your door
my kicks are right where my left foot used to go and it sucks to be my passenger but teh stagin is awsome you juet get used to yelling at your passengers to look out for the speaker
Just make some fiberglass door pods on your door panels.
Kick panels are easily made... its very simple but people usually do not want to deal with glass and resin... but its very easy.. u just need to be patient
Qforms are fine, but i suggest reinforcing them with fiberglass and dampening them with some polyfill
