are you talking about that thing that kinda feels like a bone right where it bends? if so mine hurts too

Last time I squatted with knee wraps and it didn't hurt there after
its weird it doesnt so much hurt, as when i hit parallel, it pops, i talked to one of the PT girls at my gym who has been a gymnast for 15 years and she said its not good
but they do get sore
maybe ill have to check out some glucosamine

Maybe head to a doc? Could be tendonitis

NO there are no supps for ligament health.......
do you ever do any bodyweight type of stuff? I've found that's been helping my flexibility and joints
Pushups, BW squats, stretches
i've just started to stretch
yeah i think that might be my best bet
i have the same problem....does it feel very uncomfortable during deadlifts and squats....enough to make u wanna stop?
no, its not really until after i lift
no pain while lifting

Fish Oil has definitely helped with my aching knees.
