Hey, Some of you may know that I'm on my schools bball team. We'll I've been slacking off on working out for the past two months and I've gotten a ton weaker and much, much fatter. I have a belly now . Anyway, my goals for the next 4-5 months is to have atleast a 4pack again (basically lose fat), add 6-7 inches to my vert, build muscle (in my arms/legs in particular), and gain mass. I'm 100% willing to be dedicated and work my ass off for this. How would you guys approach this (what excersices/routines can you reccomend to accomplish this)? I'm somewhat new to the weightlifting "game" and would like some help. I'll be taking protein and supps throughout most likely. Thanks!
