My Arnold Encyclopedia says that for symmetry purposes, calves and biceps should be the same diameter. Currently, the calves are 14.5" and the biceps are 15". But because I'm tall, it really doesn't look like they are even close. My arms look much bigger than my calves. Anybody else have this issue? FWIW, I'm really working hard on my calves right now. I've added almost half an inch in the past three months. I'm using the priority principle, hitting them first and dedicating a full 30-40 minutes, just like I would any other body part. For much too long, I treated them as a 10 minute afterthought to legs.
