Age: 21 Height: 5’8” Weight: 159 Goals: Big wheels, tree trunk legs, etc. As of 07/27/09: Squat - 170x6 Bench - 205x8 Deads - 175x6 Background: Legs are weak since I rarely trained them, but I just started to get serious with squats and I’ve been putting on weight for the past few weeks so hopefully we’ll see this one continue to go up. I have varicose veins on my left leg (yeah wtf I’m 21) and had my great saphenous vein lasered off last May, but the veins still bulge and I have to wear a compression stocking. Anyway, I’ve been mindlessly lifting for quite a while and I’m ready to make some real gains, so I decided to start a log. I’ll try out the 5x5 routine since it seemed to work for others on here. Diet: Looking to clean up. Will be posted as the days pass by. Supplements: 2 scoops No-Xplode pre workout, ON Whey, Fish Oil.
