Hey all. My quest for weightloss is steadily improving, 68 lbs later, I can finally see my abs poking through. Problem is this: I'm down to 168~. Reason is that I went off to school, and won't allow myself to eat the fried shit in the dining halls. Instead, I've just been eating salads and wheat sandwiches. Problem is that I don't want to gain weight, and still run every day, so I am dropping weight too fast. What foods should I buy that will keep up my protein intake so I don't lose muscle (for my weight, I shouldn't have a gut anymore) anymore, and can still eat healthily? Here's the foods I've got right now: Canned peaches (in extra light syrup) 14 cans of tuna (w/ relish and light mayo to make salad) Whole grain wheat bread Thomas C/R bagels Dill pickles 8 different kinds of those 100 calorie pack snacks Granola bars Two sacks of medium grain rice (this is usually my food of choice after workouts) Fuckton of water Some popcorn (smart pop) 4 bowls of campbell's chili Anything I should change? The food here is so fucking expensive (in the mini mart I mean), so I don't want to go buying shit I won't eat or need). Also, any recommendations on an ab routine to help bring my abs through?
