Looked like those guys were wearing FN shirts, not ATF shirts. Possibly a company owned collection.
At the very least, it's nice to see that stuff on display instead of being destroyed.
I would kill a homless person to get to go see that personally and handle some of those.
The ATF keeps the collection for ballistics analysis if needed.

Have those been rendered useless, or are they extremely well guarded?
