I went to the gym for the first time in a few years on Monday night.. I did some cardio then upper body. I didn't go overboard (I thought at the time ) Did some shoulder presses, preacher curls, sitting down row thing (where you pull it towards your body), and some incline benching. The next day, i was pretty sore. Then on Wednesday, I couldn't straighten out my damn arms! I felt like a fucking gimp. I was slowly stretching them last night, and it's better today, but I'm still in a lot of pain. Was it from lack of stretching? Am I broken now? Wtf, help me out F&N.
