Had an offer accepted yesterday on a place in North Vancouver - decided to go the more inexpensive route with a 2b+den/2bath condo instead of a townhouse because fuck having a giant mortgage

tired of living like college students in a dorm room with cardboard boxes for side tables and looking forward to being able to have our own space again

Yes, my parents drive up the mountain pretty much weekly when there isn't snow. We head out to frame walk in March sometime.
