stevo posted some info on taking it post workout a while back, since then, i have been taking it post workout.
I accidentally clicked pre but I meant post. I don't take it anymore though, never noticed anything from it. Might try it again soon

When I take it, I take it post workout, about 30min after my postworkout shake. working on theory thats when my muscles are so hungry they will absorb more than at other times. Whether or not that theory is true though I've got no clue.
The other reason I take it then is because my insulin is seriously spiked from the the maltodextrin in in my postworkout shake
You need to add a third option(both) and then I can vote.

They do look a bit smaller as of late........i thought it was because of the cold...
Better results pre-workout, but I sometimes take it both pre and post
i did both, and it worked damn well. i'm cycling off it for a month just to keep a variety in my system
why the ? after a while, results from taking creatine will plateau, at least for me. after about a month, no more significant gains. so i'm ditching it for the next month in favor of supplemental l-glutamine and also to see my bodyweight when i'm not on creatine to try and balance with what it was before with a different training schedule.
i realize they aren't the same thing at all
Do you also realize that oral glutamine supplementation is pointless unless you are a starving child in a third world country ?
