i don't really do biceps, but i do triceps. Lately though, i haven't been doing any extension-type stuff for tris so that my elbow can get better.

how much cardio did you do per week?
i hate cardio
i started with none, i think sometime around mid-april i started 5 days / week , 30 minutes low intensity after my workouts. I've been keeping up with it since then, and i generally do 45-60 minutes now, keeping heart rate around 120.
i do it after each workout except legs, and i usually take 1 day off.
What's low intensity? Walking or jogging?
could be either, i do incline walking. whatever keeps your HR in your target range
