we knocked out a few sets of these tonight for the first time

claws? Bear crawls? Try them one footed/one handed.
same with crab walks, alligator walks, monky swings, wall climbs, duck walks etc......
i tried a couple sets of these with my buddy the other day... they are TOUGH

I am focusing a lot of attention on the oly complexes this training cycle. I feel like they are the most specific MMA weight training I can find.
well if you find any more writeups or descriptions of these kinda exercises, let me know. I need some more stuff to train explosive movement.
these are awesome. You do a bunch of lifts in one and they really tax your cardio.
i read about those in mens health.
