Also, I tried my hardest to find info on bent barbell rows, but all I saw were youtube videos of people using too much weight and rocking their bodies back and forth. i.e.: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jp03NsJWE4 This guy claims he has good form, does that mean my back doesn't have to be parallel to the ground at the top of the lift?
