hey guys, i just recently started doing deadlifts after a break. I started at 135 for 12 reps then at the end of 4 sets i was doing 245 for 6 reps. After the last set, I found it extremely hard to get my back to not feel overly worked when doing other excercises just by sitting normally. More simply, when I sat in any other position other than a normal 90 angle with my back, it felt like it was borderline painful. This confused me because I have watched countless videos on form and have even made it so that my partner watches my form with just the bar right before i load on the weight. Is this a sign that I'm starting off with too much weight? Or could it still be an issue about form?
