About 2 months ago I hit a nasty plateu and I started hitting failiure a lot more often than I'd like. I thought I would take a break and I considered cutting. It worked great for a couple of weeks. I shed all my water weight and I lost a few pounds of fat, too. But as time progressed I started eating like shit and didn't work out as much. Here's how my weight has been these past few months: Dec - 195lbs Jan - 200lbs Feb - 215lbs Mar - 220lbs ( ) Aprl - 215lbs I'm resorting back to the original christopher's routine I used to use. I'm sore as fuck today. Luckily my numbers haven't gone down too much, but it's tough getting through the entire workouts without having as much energy to expend as I used to (dirty bulking.) I'm motivated to lose weight now. I just want to get down to a reasonable weight for my height (I'd be very happy at 185, I'm 6'5") and whenever I get to that point I'm going to clean bulk through the rest of summer, and hopefully through next winter before cutting for the next summer. I'm currently taking EC, and when this semester is over and I get back on a normal work schedule I'll start waking up early and taking YC in the morning as well. I'll be taking CEE too, but I wont' start that until next week probably. That said, it's good to be back.
