i hurt some muscle(s) in my lower back on Aug. 4th from dragging around my drunk comotosed girlfriend. it hurt to lift my left leg for about a week, and then it went away, so i waited another week and tried to work out. the pain came back just as fresh as when it happened. so now it's been 5 weeks from the original injury and i don't feel pain anymore, except that when i put on pants i feel a slight discomfort. i'm thinking i need to give it another month of healing before i can get back into working out, does this seem about right to you guys? i have also considered seeing a doctor about it.
