curious to others beliefs on working back twice a week, once for width and once for thickness.

I started doing that 2 months ago too....
weighted pullups are the shit for back thickness and width, or body weight pullups - whichever
I personally don't like them, they do hit the lats a little bit and once you get used to the other way they are actually harder.
reverse pullups? = underhand?
you guys have no business training a bodypart twice a week
then why do you condone christophers routine? is it cuz theres not a lot of volume for each body part in a day?
i was planning on splitting the volume between the two, but im curious to what you think about thickness vs width.
I switch it up between dead/row/pullup/pullover one week, then a squeeze with machine/db/hammer strength week/ then i do a combo of both for the 3rd and repeat.
I train back twice a week but only one exercise per day. It's heavy training so that's enough. I alternate between deadlifts and lat pull down. I may only be a 130lbs, 5'3.5" girl right now but i will get thick...oh yes...i will get thick.
You're already pretty "thick" at 5'3 130.

but what if I started that business? I could get small busness loans from the govt, get investors, get airtime on a local TV station advertising...before you know it, I could be training frat boys' bench twice a week via my syndicated tv show 'swole 2 go: chest made simple'
training a muscle twice a week is better for the vast majority of people
You must be one of those guys who likes 90lb anorexic chicks. One of the hottest girls I know is 140lbs and by not fat by any stretch of the imagination.
