I pulled a muscle benching on sunday Should be good to go today tho
make sure you keep fluids up, sleep and eat.
Dude I got appendicitis, then I got a cold, then I sprained my wrist, and after going back for the first time in weeks, I've now done something to my shoulder. God hates me.

i am getting sick and feel like crap at the gym should i just push through it or take a few days off??
hahahhahahah, you have all caught my cold. I got every person in my household sick, now all of you fuckers.. it's going to take 6 days to go away, and don't bother upping the dose of Vit C, it didn't do a damn thing
