Alright, so I've been busting my ass for the past 4 or 5 months, doing squats, plyo, etc, and I'm seeing some gain (I went from a 19" vert to a 23" vert and I'm able to touch the rim). That's good increase, but I'd like to get a "boost" for the next two months or so since varsity tryouts are in november. Do you guys know of any tried and true programs that could help gain vert quickly? I was looking at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drsquat18.htm and it seems like a good routine. Anybody try this?
