ive dropped another 10 or so since then
program, 1 day for each of the big 3, with some isos here and there. some cardio, mostly martial arts.
Motivation, dedication and busting your ass are more important than the kind of program of the kind of diet your on.

lotsa chicken breasts and salad. with a typical PWO shake. cottage cheese mixed with whey and splenda in a blender as a snack. also my only desert was peanut butter and bananas

last pics were 3-4 weeks ago.. i'm at 181-182 now ..
program: lazy fuck that works out for 2 months at a time and then stops for 5 months. but now i'm in business and my growth in the past 2 months has been better than ever before.. higher test dose aint hurtin' either, though it hasnt really started to kick yet.. 2 more weeks and i should be good.
Your doing test right? What are the results like? Do you notice when your on it/off?
i was on 200mg every two weeks for about a year.. after a while you dont really notice it, though when it first started working, i felt the difference.. it was not that big a dose, so it wasnt anything too spectacular, but definitely an increase from what i was naturally at..
I am noticing much better weight gain/strength/facial hairhs with the ~200mg/week.. another few weeks and i should be topped out and riding it for a while. just having to shave every single day sucks ass.. and my face is oily as fuck.
as far as strength is concerned.. its weird. there's like a little dude in your head that makes you go pick up something 10lbs heavier than you first considered picking up.. like for bench if I was gonna do some presses, typically i'd do like 55-60-65.. instead I'm like, eh.. and just go straight to the 70's and work up from there.. i wanna stock pile a little and see waht 500mg/week feels like
august 06 and a month into cutting...and doing a shitty job with injuries
I ate pretty clean (no junk foods), I eat alomost nothing processed since I cook at home or eat at very nice restaurants, get lots of sleep, nurse my shoulder. I work two muscle groups per day, on a 3 day cycle. Now I'm doing cardio between hip problems and shin splints. Not that I've made a ton of progress or anything, but I've done a pretty good job and benefitted immensly from this forum.
why did u cut already?
I had a belly, and it was fucking me up. Every time I looked at it I was disgusted. I also couldn't go to a pool party because I was too fat. I plan on bulking again in 5 weeks.

mine is worse its just part of the trek.. it aint worth it to me to bulk clean.. i'd rather get big the dirty way and have to deal with a harder cut..

Well, here is what happened:
I swam from October to Feburary (05-06 season) for the second year on my highschool varisity team. That braught me down to about 185 with a lot of muscle loss. Then right after season I was determined to not get fat again, so I started a cut that lasted from Feburary untill May. After that I maintained for about a month and I started a clean bulk in July. I plan to continue bulking untill December and then I will cut again just in time for spring break. Ideally, I want to be about 200 pounds before college starts at a relatively lean bf%, but Ill have to see how that goes.
Other than that...all I can really recomend for those seeking change is to work had and to just hit that gym.

Right now mine is way worse. Shit i have this huge belly right now I'm just going to continue bulking anyways. See what happens.
my shoulder is so fucked up again that I cannot lift, so why not cut? Oh yeah, because I've had shin splints for a week.
