congratulations. but a 200lb bench wouldn't exactly make me shiver in my boots if i were about to get into a physical altercation with someone, if that's your goal

200 is a nice milestone to hit. 225 is just the next one.

Going for 295 tonight Then I'd be able to bench double my body weight
For 1 rep? Not bad.. How the heck have you managed to get good strength gains and yet no weight gains lol
You could definitely improve even more if you had a better diet though
200lbs is always 200lbs.

and someone could rep 315 for 8 and be relatively small, what is your point? a milestone is a milestone.
got to be, what 6'0 150 guy could possibly have any muscle
6'0 165 and i certainly dont have any muscle
i would be impressed with 225 at that height/weight

I wouldn't go that far , but I couldn't see you benching 300 lbs right now unless your CNS was freakish or something
I have a friend who is around 6'2" 150 and he's just recently benched 135x2
