i weigh alot and can bench a little. CEE gave me the help i needed to overcome chronic depression.
Congrats, you can bench your body weight. I'm 140 and can bench 215. It's weak, but I'm losing strength while cutting. Also, I haven't been able to do any serious benching the past 1.5 months due to a hurt right shoulder
I was always a horrible bench press person. It's finally improving. I will be benching 200 pretty soon
Whats with all the haters coming out. I don't care what you weigh, if you only bench 115 you should probably start drinking bleach.

2. Why are you losing strength (may have misunderstood this)
I was 155 (I'm 5'6") at the end of May at around 19-20% bodyfat. It's the fattest I've ever been in my life, so I was feeling sluggish and was getting tired of looking at my fat gut. I'm now at ~14% bodyfat. I'm trying to drop a few more percentage points, because I want to still be able to see some abs at the end of my next bulk phase. I don't ever want to be above 17% bodyfat ever again. Plan on bulking slowly at .5lbs/week. Last bulk I was gaining 1.5-2lbs/week. Losing strength because I wasn't keeping a food journal at the beginning of my cut, so I was losing weight too quickly, some of which was muscle . I'm now losing at a slower pace, and hopefully it's mostly fat. I just can't stand to feel like a fat a$$. I plan to start bulking again toward the end of Sept.

Hmm right now I'm probally at 15-16 percent body fat. Where do you get it tested at?
