I started benching and I can't get proper form anyone have any tips on how i can improve alot?
bench is not difficult. lower weight to chest. push back up. rinse and repeat.
What particular problems are you having?

Lower the weight!
Bench an empty bar until you get comfortable with it. Gradually increase weight (in small increments) over a few weeks
sounds like you need to add strenght as others mentioned.. im guessing you are really weak, once your muscles build up it will feel more natural bra
what is your wingspan?
That video is pretty much dead on.
arch your back where your upper back hits the bench.
