ART best ~30mm lens on crop?

what do you guys think is the best ~30mm prime or zoom lens for canon crop body? sharpest iq etc that is under $500?
i have the 50mm and 28mm 2.8 but looking to get a lens that isnt ridiculously budget since its been some time since i got my camera and still holding interest
honestly i want to sell the 50mm because i dont use it at all if someone wants to buy the 1.8 that was used once...

since im looking for a general walk around lens im thinking zoom would be more practical but i really like shooting with primes more so what does otap think?
im fine with used if its within budget
