Take a good look at the Kia Rio 5(door). Starts at 15k new. They have a 10yr 100k mile powertrain warranty; 60months 60k miles basic warranty; and 60months 100k miles anti-corrosion warranty. Even with the big engine(SX) you still get 27mpg city. $17,090. Lots of standard safety stuff. Even Child door lock for the kiddies which the Forte 5 doesn't have standard.
