A lot of times after an hour, I can't even move for a couple hours I'm so exhausted.

similar, but instead of the ball bouncing like crazy, it'll bounce once and die. therefore, wherever your opponent hits it, you'll have to sprint to it... its pretty much 30 seconds of sprinting, 10 seconds of break, etc. for about an hour

try ergging (those rowing machines you see in the gym)......try ergging 10 kilometers at a 1:47min/500meters rating.....then you'll discover the best cardio workout.
I have to agree. It basically HIIT.... but soooo much fun. I love it.

SUICIDES. 10 yards and back, 20 back, 30 back, 40 back, 50 back, then sprint all the way to the 100
