i need to get my wife lean around the hips.
I'm serious, targetted fat loss is negligible at best.
Maybe yohimbine (weight loss stimulant) or something but I've never acutally researched it so I am just going off brology

My sister is the same way..
Small from the top, big from the hips.
She's been dieting/exercising for quite some time to reduce them and they have significantly shrunk.... but not that much of a difference. Most of the weight loss was from her upper body actually, which is not what she needed/wanted.
She's thinking about doing mezotherapy in a few weeks to target her hips.
tell her shes fat, she'll do something about it herself
it's called divorce/cheating
basically, her hips disappeared... but not much.
i feel like those are opposing ideas
like in Forgetting Sarah Marshall...
that yoga broad is saying "arch your back and keep it flat" and he says it feels like opposing ideas
Daneeyah sounds like your sister has more weight loss to do, a lot more.
Then she can lift to build the areas she wants to get back.
It was a joke
She does have some weight to lose like Mint was suggesting, so she's been dieting/exercising to try to get her weight down. So far all her progress has been from her upper half, lower half measurements haven't changed.
And then she's gonna do mezotherapy... We'll see how that goes.
