I need some good veggie suggestions. What are some good tasty greens to eat with meals
Green beans and broccoli are always good choices

broccoli, spinach, swiss chard, bok choy, gai lan, asparagus, green beans, collard greens.
broccoli w/ cheese is my fave. all those little shits don't know what they're missin.
Best is whatever you can stick to and enjoy eating.
Broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, spinach, and green beans are my favorites.
I stick to broccoli and steamed cabbage.
spinach cause its the most alkaline.
when you work out your body is in a acidic state.. and if its in a acidic for a certain period of time the body attempts to reduce it... and to do this it takes calcium from bones and nitrogen from muscles.. pretty much you're pissing away your bone and muscles until your acidity level is no longer high. eating anything thats a alkaline food will help decrease acidity levels.

Steamed broccoli, not microwaved, not fried, not boiled. Steamed. If you eat it boiled just make sure to drink the water of the broccoli aswell

steamed broccoli and green beans are FTW.
but i like it microwaved
Actually microwaved is better as it causes less breakdown/damage. It's slightly closer to raw than steamed.
I've seen this posted once before and I've heard just the opposite probably 100 times....source to back this up?

Well, broccoli is good.
been eating like 3 cups of BROcolli a day.
my shits are smoother than butter/fills you up/gives you bad gas
feels shittty man.
