Like when Im on the go, whats the best drink/bar for complete meal replacement?

Lose weight, just something thats high and protein and easy to carry around And keeps me full
I keep some slim fasts in the fridge. I'm bulking though and eat them with other stuff.

How long does it keep you full? I know with whey protein it last like 30mins
get some nectar or some other fruity flavored crap and keep it in a water bottle, eat a granola bar or somethign wiht it for some carbs.
I normally go with whey and decently sized portion of peanut butter, and milk. Keeps me full for hours. Then gives me gas like a mofo. lol
If you wanna get full,m you are going to have to eat food, thats your only option for the most part.

You are seriously the most retarded motherfucker that has ever posted here. For some reason you say to get cytogainer because there are no carbs then you say to take oats with it. I have yet to see a post of yours that makes sense.

How hard is it to make a sandwich before you go to sleep at night? Thats what I do at least, grab it in the morning and keep it with me until i need it during the day.

Add 150g of ham thats about 20 g of protein
Two slices of cheese, adding about another 100 calories
Add some mayo, about another 100 calories
So. We're at about 600 calories now.
