im looking to lose the love handles and tighten up my core any advise?
ive heard diet has to do a lot with it but i dont really know (besides the obvious) what is good to or nto to eat

From what I've heard, people who say they want to lose their love handles and then go do oblique excercises are kind of being counterproductive. Working out your obliques will make them bigger (like any muscle) so in reality they aren't going to go away. Dieting will take them away, love handles are fat, so when you have a lower body fat they will dissapear.
Am I right?

I do the YMCA dance for 3 sets of 2 songs each set.
I'm sure Brittney's weight had nothing to do with more food and alcohol consumption.
