I've been reading through all the archives and stickies about diet and nutrition, and its mentioned that natural sugar-free peanut butter is good daily (2-3 tablespoons).. I went to the grocery store today and the healthiest I could find was 210 cal per 2 tablespoons. The one that was "all natural, sugar-free" was from Smuckers I believe, and was 260 calories.. Seems high for not being a meal.. What are you guys buying? Or am I totally off base and should avoid peanut butter while cutting?
