What are the best tasting protein bars you guys eat?
I like the payday protein bars. The "oh year" bars are also very good.
the ones you make yourself because all other are way the fuck overpriced and usually use shitty protein sources
Anyone try the musclemilk bars? Tastes good...but definitely overpriced even compared to other protein bars.
promax are good as shit. they sponsor my work so I had like a pallete of them. probably ate over 10,000 of those sampler bars

I'm thinking about making some with the nasty gnc vanilla protein i have left. Anyone ever done that?

Detour bars are the shit. You can get them preloaded with caffeine and something 30 grams of protein and delicious. Just be wary of products which use sorbitol as sweetener.... stuff is like liquid colon blow.
I'd like something I can eat right before a workout. Are most of these good choices?
Making your own protein bar that I mentioned is not. I did kind of exceed the recommended amount of protein (6 scoops instead of 4) and it was horrendous. I don't even like thinking about it ... I threw away almost all of them.

I get the peanut butter ones...but they have 32g protein.
Just one bite and my tastebuds are lost in a sea of chocolatey flavor. Pure protein peanut butter bars, its candy for breakfast
I try to keep a protein bar with me in case of emergency...like im out somewhere too long and don't have food around. I would rather use them like that to make sure i don't cheat.
(i cheat on diet anyway )
