I bought one in 2014 and I could sell it now for nearly 2x what I paid for it. Not happening but it's cool to know.There is no dip unless an all out crash from what, like 15-20 years ago? But looking at purchase history, a lot of prices have doubled in the paste 7 years. Wtf
my house is such a POS that it is one of two on the market in my zip code and it's been on the market since Nov, only one showing no offers.The housing market in Wa sucks. Basically no inventory. We were one of 27 offers on a new build. Ended up selling $118k over list.
