TECH Best tools for win xp customization?

Just wondering if anyone know where to find these said tools?
And if possible, give me some user feedback if you have any experience with them.

I am a big believer in nlite (google it if you have never heard of it).

without knowing what you want to do, I would say TweakUI. Its kinda cool, and its very easy to understand. There isnt a whole bunch to it, but still.

nLite if you want to slipstream

ObjectDock if you like the whole Mac look.
