For the money? At least 512mb of memory, the more the better. Looking to spend less then 50 bucks.
I use my iPod nano now, but when I didn't have it I used a 1 GB sandisk. You can find them on sale :
Corsair Flash Voyager 512MB - $35.15 + $4.81 shipping
But anyway, the USB technology by now has been perfected. I use the 256MB of this version, good stuff. Rubber casing, waterproof...
A-Data 512MB - $29.99 + $4.81 shipping
I second the sandisk.
PNY is usually cheap, and I've put mine through a washer a few times without it having a problem.
I got a 512 MB off ebay for $18.50. I wanted at least 1 GB, but you'll just be fighting against others for one.
All about the same, guess you're looking for flash ram.
just browse fatwallet.com and slickdeals.net, there are always deals with USB drives.
The Corsair Voyager is nice, and its fast. I've heard some reports of the USB connector breaking off, but I've had my 2GB for about 6 months and have had zero problems with it.
