K, so i want to look bigger, but still maintain my strength and leaness i guess im skinny but im not gonna talk about being cut or w/e (even tho i am) so fuck it. Some background: i take jui-jitsu, boxing physical training classes, i do 150 pushups and 80 dips a day just to be strong. i dont really weight train that much. I'm 16 BTW My manager at my job (Muay Thai expert, ex Desert Storm soldier, ripped as fuck) told me to take creatine. But for some reason i dont want to do that I was just thinking of going into GNC, buying one of those Mass Builders that have like 1500 calories, and 50 g of whey protein per serving, and take that before and after i weight train. Any other suggestions?
