What's the best way to get 100 situps in 2 minutes? Right now I experience just complete and total muscle failure at around ~55 . I need a good ab routine that will get me to 100 situps in 2 minutes. I don't care about a well developed 6 pack or any of that stuff, I just care about performance. Should I do like 5 sets of 20 situps a night or something?
