I can't do stimulants so I currently use ALCAR & B12.

The responses you get are greatly affected by how you phrase your question.
ALCAR has been good for overall energy for me. Caffeine 200mg ~1 hour pre-workout usually gets the heart going
I couldn't imagine taking 75mg Ephedrine at one time... ceaze is usually a serious person, but that's a lot of ephedrine

if not, then 1 cup of coffee before workout will be fine

Also try listening to some trance/techno/house on the way to the gym. Music with fast beats are believed to induce aggressiveness.

While I may agree, I can't listen to that when working out. I have trance + hardcore on my player, and then I have 25 hardcore gangsta songs (Three6Mafia) for the gym.
That's why I said just on the way there. You don't want someone hearing your music and then stalking you in the showers...
My gym is full of old people, they can't touch me!
