Anyone ever itch after first dose of beta alanine? Took 6.4 mg prior to workout today
Yeah, it's horrible. Feels like crazy sunburn.
The best idea is to take 2g before your workout and have a further 2g during the workout. Space it out over a little longer time to get the benefit without the distracting burning. Some people find the burning motivating.. personally it just annoys me to the point where it is distracting my focus away from the workout.
The best is when your feet start tingling.
the itching pisses me off which pumps me up when i lift.
What are yall using to measure our 2 grams?

Ha you're right bro -- I'm a medic we don't measure much in 'grams' -- everything is mg and mcg. haha
